This message contains important information about the day. Please read it carefully and if you have any questions do get in touch.
Registration
Registration will be in the Whitehead Community Centre main hall from 10am until 11:30am. Please make your way to the registration table that corresponds with the initial of your surname. At registration you will collect your bib, please ensure to note your emergency contact number on the back of it.
Road Closure/the route
Below you will see an image of the road closures in place on the day. Please keep this in mind when travelling to and from the event.
Parking/Toilets
We recommend parking at either the shorefront or the Castleview carpark. You could also park at the railway station park and ride. We have toilets here in the Whitehead Centre and there are also public toilets on the Castleview Road in front of the tennis courts.
Health and safety
St Johns ambulance will be on site on the day for any emergencies. Please wear sensible footwear and dress accordingly for the weather. For any safety concerns on the day please see the key contact numbers below.
Photos and Videos
We will have various volunteers and staff taking photographs on the day for our social media pages and website. If you do not wish to be in any photographs, please let us know.
